Hamamelis 'Angelly' - Hybrid Witch Hazel |
| 'Angelly' produces clear light yellow flowers late in the Witch Hazel season (February/March), and in fall the leaves turn yellow. It forms a shapely, upright shrub, different from most Witch Hazels, which are more wide spreading. A relatively new introduction from the Netherlands, where it snared a gold medal in the 1980's. Hamamelis 'Antoine Kort' - Witch Hazel |

Petals are curled and twisted, and they create a bright red effect in midwinter. Vigorous, spreading habit of growth. From 1897 to 1951 Antoine Kort was director of what became the Kalmthout Arboretum, the source of some our best Witch Hazels. Z. 5b-8 |
